Calling all creatives, crafters, and geeky geniuses! If you sell products that celebrate pop culture, fantasy, sci-fi, gaming, or anything in between, you are in the right place.
This application is Step 1 to vend at our events.
Instead of applying for one event at a time, this form gets you pre-approval to join our official, curated vendor database. We use this list to invite vendors (like you!) to all our future events.
Our 3-step vendor process
We believe in transparency. Here is exactly how our process works from start to finish.
1. You Apply (Right Now)
You fill out the application form linked below. This gives us all the info we need to see if your brand is a good fit for our community.
2. We Review
Our team reviews every single application. We look at your products, your social media, and your overall brand to see how you align with our geeky-themed events.
3. You Get Invited
Once you are pre-approved, you're on the list! As we plan new events, we will send out event-specific invitations by email. You can then let us know if you're available and keen for that particular event.

Important rules & disqualifiers
Please read these rules carefully. They are strictly enforced, and failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
No dropshipping or mass-sourced items.
Items may not be mass-produced or sourced from sites like Temu, Shein, or Alibaba.
Zero AI-generated art.
All visual art for sale must be your own original creation.
Licensing required for reproduced designs.
Selling reproductions of another artist's design (e.g., prints, molds, 3D models you did not design) requires a commercial license from the original artist.
